for some unknown reasons, I have been adding 2 cloves, 1/2 of teaspoon of cinnamon and a sprinkle of nutmeg to my tea then added milk, to my amazement, it tasted just like chi tea! I love chi tea hot or ice-cold. Now I make my own chi latte instead of Star Bucks expensive one. Now I feel great knowing of these added benefits😊
